I'd sure like to keep this up, even though I''m far away. Shall we do another in 5 yrs? We'd better start organizing now because I find it gets more difficult to plan as time goes on. Anyone agree on that note? How many of us will make it to that one? Well, I know Ronnie will LOL
Thank you to all the committee who worked for a year to show us all a great time. It was good to see all.Hope more come next time.life has been good to us .see you next time. Don and I won the prize for fifty years of marriage. Donna Boucher and Gloria Ordonez are also married fifty years. What a great accomplishment.congratulations ladies for all your hard work and many more to come.
This was my 1st reunion and I had a wonderful time ! I was lucky enough to be on the committee so we were able to bond over a period of several months. Thank you Gayla, Jeanie, Ofeli, Linda, Dawn, Gilbert, Joe and our web-master Jerry! Hugs to all, Marci
Looks just like I thought!!!!!!! A great time by all!!!
Sorry I missed it -- I know a lot of work went into putting this on so my Kudos go out to all that were involved.
Best of luck to all and God Bless.
My reunion started on Thursday when I picked up Barry Faulkner after he flew into San Francisco airport and met up with Gary Turner. Judy and I did a road trip with Barry and ended up at River Ridge. Friday night was a good start, met up for a mini reunion. It was nice to see those who could not make the Saturday event. Cheryl Wolff, Eddie Montenez and Nancy DePue. Saturday: We all cleaned up and had a great time reconnecting. And then we finished up with a brunch on Sunday. Wow what a weekend.
What can I say?? Every Reunion I always say is incredible, but THIS one was FABULOUS!! Everyone looked great and were just as sweet and funny as they were 50 years ago! I looked across the room and didn't feel like I was in a Restaurant. I felt like I was in the Senior patio at lunchtime. I laughed and hugged all night! What a memory! Thank you all for everything you did to make this magical weekend happen. XX Gayla
Such a fine effort for the people who were generous enough to make this happen. The pictures, videos, and recordings cause reflection, but the unique enjoyment of seeing those we grew up with after so many years is a fine thing. Sorry to have missed the party.
Wow! What a jam-packed fun-filled weekend!! Hard to believe it's now a wonderful memory!! I had such a great time...seeing people who were acquaintances in high school become good friends 50 years later....thank you so much to everyone who came and enjoyed...I'm almost ready for another one!!
Sure sorry that we could not make it, family yearly camping trip that weekend. Looking at the pictures I had trouble thinking I might have aged so gracefully as you all have. How about a 50 and one half reunion??? I really enjoyed looking at the reunion photos. Married 45 years in Nov. What a life, its been wonderful.
Best regards to all,
I am so glad you have had such a good response. I really wish I lived closer – such a big event – 50 years!!! Where did the time go??? It is doubtful I will be able to make it…I will be there in spirit – dancing my fool self right along with you all……can’t wait to see all the pics and hear all the stories. If by some miracle, I find myself in Oxnard, I’ll just have to pop in and have a dance!!!!
ROCK ON Class of ’65!
